Medical Assistant – MA

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist providers and nurses with clinical and administrative duties
• Effectively manage office functions, including answering phones, supply inventory, keeping the facility tidy, and other duties as assigned.
• Collects patient information and maintain patient confidentiality with medical records
• Collect patient vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and weight.
• Preform any required ancillaries such as blood draws, EKGs, etc.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient exams

Minimum Qualifications of Medical Assistant:

• Earned Associate Degree in Medical Field
• Phlebotomy Experience preferred
• Preferred experience with EKG’s, PFT’s and ABI’s
• BLS
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
